Our establishment has been family-owned since 1900. Two sons of the farmer from the Lower Mill moved to Holzgerlingen to work here as butchers and innkeepers. This led to the founding of the Waldhorn as a butcher’s tavern. Your host and head chef, Maximilian Hiller, now runs this historic house in the fourth generation.
